He Is Surely Special

He is my grandson and he surely 

Makes my days .

He will put his arms around my neck 

And give me a hug and a kiss 

Without a warning .

He will tell me he loves me 

To the moon and back .

Without warning he will come 

And lay down beside me 

Wanting nothing in return .

His eyes are open wide .

He will tell me everything 

Will be OK .

He will tell me his big dream

Of the day .

He always tells me 

Let us go outside and play grandpa .

I say , OK big guy lets go 

And surely he and I will have fun under the sun .
