Comfort

Christ does not clobber us .

Instead , he always leaves us 

The freedom to choose 

our own path .

Sometimes , if we make poor choices

Or even good choices ,

Life will clobber us ,

But not Christ .

In fact , it is when we are most bruised

And smoldering that Christ is closest to us .

But it can be so terribly hard to since His presence .
