His People

Though we struggle

And feel defeated ,

Remember God will gather 

The weak and the lame .

Oh how frightening 

To feel so alone .

It is hard to trust in God

At those times .

Yet He promises 

He will redeem us 

From the hands 

Of our enemies 

And bring great joy 

Back into our lives .
