What does a hand and an arm do
But hold and up hold ,
Reach and embrace ,
Bind up and heal ?
We live in a sadly divided
And sometimes violent world .
Yes , some days we need to be anointed
And lifted up .
We need encouragement
And protection as God reaches out to us
With true everlasting arms ,
