He promised a Comforter to help us ,
Because He knew we were going to need
All the help we can get .
We know He has promised to return ,
But until He does ,
We are fighting a battle every day
That can easily leave us defeated .
He lovingly said ask and you will receive .
Remember , always ask for help .
Ask for whatever you may need .
Ask for strength and comfort .
Remember , the full joy in knowing
That He is always with us
And hear our cry .
