Pray For Others

How often do we take the time 

In our busy live to pray 

For those in authority  .

How often do we ask God 

To change their hearts to do things 

According to His Word ?

The truth is , we falter in our prayers .

We are quick to complain 

To our rulers 

Than pray for their  deliverance

And hope for help 

As we stumble to pray ,

Christ never stops interceding 

For his church .

When we falter 

Christ does not .

He continues to keep us

In His care always .
