Who Am I

 

I will be 67 years old 

And yet a child of God .

I am loved beyond comprehension ,

Forgiven without reason ,

Given peace that surpasses all understanding .

I can laugh and smile and call someone Smiley 

Without fear of the future .

While I love my earthy Identity ,

It will always come into second 

To my so much more valuable identity in Christ .

Yes my identity is rooted in God's deep love for me .
