She Did Not Hide

She was a beautiful lady 

And she felt frightened

And in a way 

Lost herself trying heavy 

Make up .

She covered her special skin

Because she had vitiligo .

It is the lost of pigment in her skin ..

It never stopped her .

She was always on the go .

No matter what she loved every one .

Then one day out of the blue sky

She said why hide ?

God accepted me .

She stopped wearing the heavy make up .

Soon she began gaining attention 

For her smile and self confidence .

She told me we all are created in God's image .

No matter what we look like on the outside ,

All of us are an image bearer of God .

We reflect His glory 

As believers in Jesus we are being formed 

To represent Him in the world .

Do not struggle to love the skin your in .

Today look into the mirror and smile

Remember , God made you in His image .
