Jesus , delivers us from fear .
Fear not , little flock .
From anxiety trust in God ,
Trust also in me .
From self preoccupation
Love one another .
From a poor self image
You are worth more
Than many sparrows
From loneliness
I call you friends .
Or we might want to compose
A simple prayer of thanks giving
For the blessings of our life
Special love ones ,
Graces we have received recently
Our gifts and talents ,
The blessings of our faith
Or specific beauties of creation .
Thanks giving to God must not be restricted
To a certain day in late autumn .
Thanksgiving should be the constant
Refrain of our hearts .
