I pray earnestly ,
I devote myself each morning
And again before I go to sleep .
To pray and read from the Bible
Through that devotional practice ,
I grow closer to God
And discovered that life is about
More than my immediate circumstances .
Over time my relationship with God
Continues to grow .
Through prayer and reading scripture ,
I have found the strength to face any situation ,
Because I know that God is with me .
