The Bike

You get on it to exercise your fat stiff old body.
You do it to free your trouble mind of all the heart ache
And head aches of the day.
When you ride the bike, it is always headed straight,
When you ride, your head is always on straight.


You should take the time and raise your eyes to see the
Sky when pedaling your bike.
You should look to your side and see your shadow for
There is always someone looking at you.
Go with the sun and always look ahead for what you pass
You have lost and should never look back at.
When you ride your bike, you lose sight of one thing
And gain the sight of something new every time.
I ride my bike fancy free!
