A Clown

He may have a tear in his eye.
He may have a roughly poly tummy.
A clown may laugh all the time.
He may look very sad, but all clowns
Are very shy.
He sometimes walks funny.

He maybe short.
He may be very tall.
He has a nose that is always red.
It is sometimes a horn, but it always
Gives out a big loud snort.
The tall clowns may walk on sticks.
The tall clowns may look funny, but
They never fall.
The clowns gives everyone a good-by kiss.


A clown brings color to our not so perfect world.
He brings happiness to our children,
With balloons of red, green, orange and blue.
A clown brings joy and happiness to us all
In his own special way.
A clown has his own special bate.
We should all have a little clown inside
Us every day.
