You got to stay open 

To see God's way .

Be open to God's presence .

Be open to God's will .

Be open to prayer .

Be open to God's care .

Be open to the joy 

Of each new day .

Always be open to God's assignment .

Be open to God's mercy .

Be open to the shimmering sunshine 

That will awaken your heart .

Be open to the grace that Jesus 

Gives you to forgive someone .

Be open to love , peace , hope and wisdom 

And always to trust God .

Be open to faith for it is the first step 

Before you see the stair case 

Each new day .
