Easter Sunday

As people exclaimed as they

Entered the church on Easter Sunday 

Their sense of wonder and astonishment 

Was palpable as they gazed around 

The transformed sacred space ablaze 

With flowers color and light .

remember Easter is celebrate 

By family , friends and visitors 

Gathering together in praise 

And adoration of the risen Christ .

As our joyful voices ring out in praise ,

Jesus' words of forgiveness from the cross 

Remind us that we to are forgiven .

Yes , we can celebrate Easter 

With heart felt thanks to our risen Lord

And Savior and share His love 

And peace with others .
