Most of us have wondered
Do angels really exist ?
We can not prove that they do
Or that they do not .
But most of us can point to
Times when in the midst
Of adversity , sorrow or conflict ,
A curious sense of calm comes over us
Whether we ask for help or not ,
This sense that all would be well likely
Came not from within us
But from beyond us .
Rather than wondering if angels exist ,
We might do well to ask ,
How does God announce good news ?
