My Heart

My heart is the light of my world 

Sometimes a lonely moon light would shine 

As I knelt on my knees 

By my bed sometimes .

I pray to you because you truly 

Know me all the time .

I know patience and saying my prayers 

Slowly is a power of timing .

I know when I pray 

I know I have to also wait 

On Your right time to act on my prayers .

I truly see the light thanks to You .

Yes I will always have my Bible 

In my basement 

And you will never break my heart 

And I will keep your cross and your face 

On the wall down here

And I will always love you

And because of You 

I will never be alone
