God has promised a safe landing
But not always smooth sailing .
It is fine to pray
For smooth sailing through life ,
Hoping to avoid excessive pain ,
Suffering and grief .
To expect the Christian life to be easy
However is to misunderstand
The kingdom of God and Jesus Himself .
So he said You know what to do
