A Cold Jan. Day

Today , I am sad and cold and blue 

And a little despondent about some things .

I brace my self and remind 

My self how cold it really is inside 

And outside me 

And what I can not do today !

The sun is not really shining .

The comfort is only 

That I am home inside 

With my family 

And I am thankful for God's

True grace .

I know , I should go about the day

And be happy with my family 

And with my heart and soul

That I am alive this -28 Jan. day .
