A Legacy

I am fortunate that over a century ago ,

My family was trusting in the Lord 

Whom I worship and trust today .

I have a legacy of faith ,

An inheritance of belief 

Carried down through generations .

As I resonate now more than ever ,

As a parent , a grandparent or a friend ,

We all have the opportunity to influence 

The generations that follows .

We need to tell the next generation 

The praiseworthy , the deeds of the Lord ,

His power and the wonders He has done .
