I have been full of fear .
I have had a storm around me .
I am feeling battered and disregarded .
I felt like losing hope
That Jesus could not handle my circumstances .
The storm did not disturb Jesus .
Jesus did call the storm into a calm submission .
This old storm compelled me
To confront Jesus with my doubts .
I know the storms I have do not rattle Him .
While I am afraid and swamped ,
He is always calm and invited me into his care .
He calls me to take courage in knowing
That everything is submitted to Him
At his command .
