Jesus knows the ill effect of worry .
It will consume our thoughts , steals our productivity
And negatively affect our heart
But most importantly
It reduces ability to trust God .
Jesus continues telling us to seek
First God's kingdom by turning to God for help .
While planning for tomorrow
Is time well spent ,
Worrying about the future is just wasted time .
On a bad day ,you may take a yoyo by yourself
And throw it up and down but at the end
Just give the yoyo to God
And He will take it up for you .
We may not know what the future holds ,
But we can trust the One who holds our hands
And walk with us through the every day valley .
